Casa Aimée, a feast for the eyes and soul. Surrounded by fragrant olive groves in the Altavilla area, it welcomes guests through an imposing and elegant white wrought-iron gate, from which it is possible to park vehicles inside the property. Walking along a tree-lined path and admiring the lush outdoor area, we immediately encounter a stimulating area dedicated to playful activities, such as a padel net and ping pong table, and deep down a beneficial swimming pool. Climb a few steps and you will have access to the elevated level of the house. The outdoor spaces are well organised and comfortable enough to be enjoyed at any time of day, perfectly connected with the indoor areas to facilitate transitions. Dining tables, armchairs, rugs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers, lanterns, make these bucolic spaces well-kept, comfortable and sophisticated. The interiors, realised with taste, care and certainly innovation, are quite stimulating and surprising; A typical loft setting, a large common room with hardwearing resin floors; A spacious and bright kitchen area with a concealed kitchen, realised with ingenuity and cunning, its dining table of fine antiques. At the opposite pole is a spacious living area with large sofas, blue walls and a visually delicate wrought-iron staircase. Here the various symbiotic doors lead to the bedrooms, with their particular structural settings. The first bedroom, with direct access to the outdoor area, has a walk-in wardrobe that can be closed according to the opening of the entrance door, a bathroom with a fully resin-coated shower, and access to a bathtub, communicating with the bathroom of the adjoining master bedroom. This has a walk-in wardrobe, a panoramic window to access the outdoor areas, and a bathroom with its own shower and the familiar communicating bathtub. On the upper floor, we find the most private bedroom, featuring a bathroom with shower, chest of drawers and an elegant platform that offers the possibility of placing one or two double beds on it. The view from this room is panoramic and sensational, the nuances of a bucolic landscape blending with the deep blue sea on the horizon. This is certainly a unique structure, not only for its appearance, the attention to detail, the refined furnishings and unusual materials, but also for its natural setting, which enriches it and makes it special, allowing time to stand still amidst the rustling and the shadows of the olive trees that overlook it and colour it with peace and serenity.
