Via Valverde is off the main Via Roma of Palermo. The building is in front of the significant monument Santa Cita (housing important stucco work of Serpotta) and the Conservatorium of Music is at the end of the street. Many small bars and restaurants are in this area of the historical zone, and the Rinascente and Via Roma shops are within 5 minutes walk to the main street. In the other direction, again 5 minutes walk, is the 'Calla' and its waterside bars and restaurants and Piazza Marina which has a lovely sunday morning flea market.

Plenty of on street parking and a parking piazza at the end of the street. Paid security parking also within 100 metres.
