Upon crossing the threshold of a large gate, you'll have access to a convenient area to park your vehicles internally. Along a path with steps, you'll encounter a large swimming pool, the pulsating heart of this villa, which gathers the three structural bodies where we will be accommodated. The central body features a carefully curated and stylish living room, enriched by a scenic decorated glass window. Below is a spacious masonry kitchen, fully equipped with all necessities, with direct access to the outdoor area: a beautiful sheltered patio with a dining area and a relaxation area, consisting of elegant outdoor sofas.

The second body boasts a decorated and precious double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The third body rises on two levels, dividing the accommodations into two independent apartments. On the first floor, we'll be greeted by a living area with a dining table and a kitchen with an induction hob, followed by a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom and a children's room with bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. To access the upper floor, you'll take a spiral staircase, leading to a panoramic apartment with large and advantageous windows, consisting of a living room with a fireplace and dining table, a bathroom, a small kitchenette for added convenience, and a double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and direct access to a rather spacious and ventilated terrace.

The preciousness of this flourishing Sicilian villa lies in its outdoor space; organized to fulfill any need, dedicating significant spaces to all activities. Adjacent to the pool, there's a structure dedicated to a bathroom, a shower, and a rather spacious changing room. For cleanliness enthusiasts, at the back of the villa, there's an area entirely dedicated to laundry, a small hut housing all the necessary machinery, and an outdoor space equipped for hanging laundry.
