Upon entering the garden of approximately 800 m², a small path with about 40 steps leads you to the house — a little corner of paradise suspended between sky and sea, where you wake up to the sunrise over the water and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Inside, the house (around 60 m²) is designed for essential, unfussy living. The spaces, reminiscent of those on a boat, are compact yet functional: two bedrooms, two small but comfortable bathrooms, and a bright living area with an open kitchen and direct access to the outdoor space.

Outside, you'll find a terrace with a dining area and barbecue — perfect for summer dinners and shared moments under the stars. The sea is right in front of you: you can dive straight in from the low rocks just below the house. There’s no sandy beach, but for those who feel at ease in a natural setting, swimming here is a truly magical experience.
