This villa area is the protagonist, not only for its atmosphere, or for the football pitch, but especially for the fundamental role it plays, featuring a charming barbecue area and seating with a masonry social table, an infinity pool of about 18 metres with its solarium area, equipped with gazebos with elegant white curtains, poolside mattresses and outdoor sets for enjoying inspiring aperitifs at sunset. Next to it, a comfortable bathroom has been created, also with two hot water showers.

Three cubic buildings stand on the same ground, with independent entrances and functions. The main body, the most imposing of the three, has an access next to the swimming pool, and welcomes us with a scenic living area, with a stylish fireplace, an excellently tuned piano for music lovers, a TV area with a professional stereo system, comfortable and spacious sofas, and a large table for entertaining dinners in good company, taking advantage of our agency’s show cooking service; Adjacent is a fully-equipped kitchen, with a rich pantry full of utensils and appliances for those with a passion for cooking, and direct access to the barbecue area, for a more practical and easier way to enjoy outdoor meals. On the same floor is a bright and modern bathroom also complete with shower, a double bedroom with direct access to the outdoor area and its own walk-in wardrobe next door.

The remaining pair of buildings has a twinned aesthetic. Both have open-plan rooms on the ground floor, with a kitchen, double bed and bathroom. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where comfortable futon beds are lodged, hypothetically increasing the number of guests.
