Villa Cycas

Villa Michelica is the ideal villa to spend a holiday in Sicily in the company of family or friends. Located in the Modica countryside, the house is surrounded by varied local vegetation that will allow you to come into close contact with nature.
Modica is a historic town known for its Baroque architecture and its IGP and DOP agri-food productions, particularly renowned for the production of chocolate. Other destinations not to be missed are the beaches with white sand and the baroque towns of Val di Noto, easily accessible from your luxurious home.
Villa Michelica has a large garden and comprises the main house and three dependencies. A swimming pool and a covered patio equipped with table tennis and a small kitchen are placed in the garden. Also outside, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a BBQ area and a covered dining area that will allow you to enjoy meals surrounded by nature.
Entering the main house, you will find a bright dining room communicating with a super-equipped kitchen. In addition, you may access the living room furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV climbing a small staircase near the dining area. Finally, going down three small steps, you will access the sleeping area consisting of a double and a twin room, both equipped with a bathroom including a shower.
The three dependencies have independent entrances. Two dependencies are located near the main house. They are provided with a double bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
The third dependence is placed near the covered patio. It is composed of a living room, a double bedroom and a toilet with a shower.
The villa has all the comforts that will allow you to spend a relaxing holiday. Furthermore, the swimming pool is equipped with a heating system and a hydromassage corner.
